Eden group is a recently established interfaith gathering project that was started in collaboration with Peace Island Institute volunteers and Eliot Church members in Newton. Its name comes from “Garden of Eden” which represents closeness and similarity of major religions. Eden group meetings happen first Saturday of each month in a home environment with a potluck dinner, which various subjects are discussed from holy scriptures such as Bible and Quran. Eden Group welcomes anyone who is interested in learning about different faith traditions while making new friends.
